Your tracking number can be found in your order confirmation email, on your shipping receipt, or on the shipping label attached to your package. It typically starts with "TRK-" followed by 8 alphanumeric characters.
Tracking information is updated in real-time as your package passes through each checkpoint in our network. You can expect updates every few hours during transit, and more frequently when the package is out for delivery.
"In Transit" means your package is on its way to the destination. It has left the origin facility and is moving through our delivery network. The package may pass through multiple distribution centers before reaching your local delivery hub.
Yes, you can request an address change for packages that haven't been delivered yet. Contact our customer support team with your tracking number and the new delivery address. Note that changes may affect delivery time and could incur additional fees.
If you miss a delivery, we'll leave a notification with instructions. Typically, we'll make up to three delivery attempts. You can also schedule a redelivery, have the package held at a nearby pickup location, or authorize a safe place for the driver to leave your package.
